Hello. I'm Claire and I'm a Menopause Empowerment Coach with a passion for encouraging women to thrive during and after menopause.

My personal journey through menopause wasn’t without its challenges. Diagnosed as pre-diabetic with high cortisone levels, I felt annoyed and confused. I always thought I had a pretty good diet so how could this happen? It seems there was a lot about menopause I just didn't know or understand. So I did my research and eventually I started to transform my life. By focusing on nutrition, movement, and overall well-being, I not only overcame pre-diabetes, but I also lost weight and found a renewed sense of happiness and health that I never actually felt before. But if I'd had a personal coach to guide, champion and cheer me along the way my journey would have been a lot less painful.

Now, as a fully qualified Health and Life Coach I'm beyond excited to help other women navigate menopause with confidence and positivity! I believe that no woman should suffer in silence. There’s a healthy and sustainable way to tackle this tricky time, and I want you to take it and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
