My personal journey through menopause wasn’t without its challenges. Diagnosed as pre-diabetic with high cortisone levels, I felt alarmed and shocked. But instead of giving in to fear, I transformed my life. By focusing on nutrition, movement, and overall well-being, I not only overcame pre-diabetes, but I also lost weight and found a renewed sense of happiness and health.
